The Kadaster of Sint Maarten is leveraging Landfolio in their day-to-day operations for all land administration activities for the country. The Kadaster is the official registrar of the ownership of immovable properties in St. Maarten.
Individuals and establishments such as notaries, real estate companies, banks, and law firms, as well as the judiciary system utilizes the information from Kadaster as the official registrar of properties.
Kadaster has implemented Landfolio to provide a modern, integrated and auditable solution for all land transactions, ultimately providing a critical component to all economic development in the country. The Landfolio project included the business process re-engineering, migration of data from legacy databases, integration of GIS with the registry and a customer service online portal.
