The aim of FlexiCadastre is to manage
and facilitate the complex workflows required for the
efficient administration of mineral title. FlexiCadastre
is designed to achieve this through the scheduling and
management of rule-based workflows and actions.
The term action encompasses all tasks that are required
to be fulfilled by the title holder or government
agency to properly manage mineral title. These actions
are generally dictated by the prevailing mining law
and regulations in the jurisdiction that the activity
is taking place or by the business processes within
an organisation.

FlexiCadastre is designed to manage
all obligations surrounding mineral title including
all payments, approvals, public participations, requirements
or deadlines, financial reports, work program reports,
communications, notifications and other workflow related
items that can be associated with mineral title. Functionality
induces the following:
- Ability to store, view and manage all spatial
and non-spatial information relating to mineral
title in multiple jurisdictions
- Ability to record, track, manage, alert and report
on the application, renewal, payments, work commitments
and obligations required for mineral title in multiple
jurisdictions

agreements (JV’s, CA’s, Royalties etc)

- Seamless integration with Active Directory and
Novel for authentication
- Seamless integration with Email and Messaging
systems
